Availability & Delivery

  • Products listed on our website are linked to our stock inventory system so you know exactly if your chosen item is available.
  • Products are restocked as quickly as possible, however, from time to time the supplier/manufacturer may also be out of stock.
  • Please feel free to contact us if your item is showing out of stock & we should be able to give you an accurate delivery date.
  • Orders will be despatched on the next working day (excluding weekends & holidays).
    • All UK orders are despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class.
    • Orders up to £70.00 is £3.95
    • Orders over £70.00 is FREE
  • We do not currently offer international delivery.
  • Alternative carriage may be arranged on request for appropriate payment.

Returns & Exchanges

  • There is no administration fee charged for returned items.
  • For either a refund or exchange of products, all items must be sent within 10 working days of receipt to:

  • Returned products must be sent postage paid, we recommend recorded post as we cannot accept any responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
  • Postage is non-refundable unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Standard second class postage will be refunded in these circumstances only.
  • Returned products must be sent in new, unused re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • All tights, socks, underwear and hair accessories are final sales due to hygiene reasons.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
